Embue’s Story

Hi everyone, I’m Elana! I founded Embue Collective after years of being pulled into theatre’s orbit—not just for the spotlight or the stories, but for the raw human connection it creates. As someone with a background in theatre, I was drawn to it early on as an art form that turns strangers into a shared heartbeat, where vulnerability meets play and something real emerges.

Those moments stuck with me: watching people shed their guards, spark ideas together, and leave lighter, braver, more themselves. It wasn’t about the stage, it was about what happens when we connect deeply, body and soul.

That’s the heart of Embue Collective. We imagine a world where empowered individuals draw on their unique perspectives to create positive impact in their inner lives and the world around them. Our mission is to embue connection and embodied learning through creative, drama-based workshops and trainings.

Embue’s Vision & Mission

Vision: We imagine a world where empowered individuals use their unique perspective in life to embue positive impact on their inner and outer worlds.

Mission: We exist to embue connection and embodied learning through creative drama-based workshops and trainings.

Embue’s Values

Agency

We design experiences that centre participant choice, voice, and autonomy. Learning emerges from participants’ ideas, reflections, and lived experience, shaping the direction and flow of each experience.

Collaboration

Our work is co-created. We honour collective intelligence, shared authorship, and community wisdom as essential to meaningful learning and transformation.

Connection

Connection is foundational, not an outcome. We cultivate connection to self, body, others, and the wider world from the very beginning of every experience.

Thank you so much my dear Elana! It was a real pleasure to have spent those days with you. Your expertise, kindness and availability made this course a real rewarding experience and I will always take what you taught us for life.
