Online Webinar (English)

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body, your emotions, your community, or your sense of purpose, this free talk is an invitation to slow down and listen.
This talk is an introduction to our upcoming workshop series Reconnect: Ground, Give, and Grow, and it also stands alone as a nourishing space to help you re-center and re-ground. Reconnect was born from the many conversations we’ve had with friends, colleagues, and community members who all shared a similar experience: feeling out of touch with themselves. We created this programme to offer a space and a structure to reconnect.
